By booking with us, you acknowledge that you fully understand and accept the terms of this policy!

REGISTRATION AND CHECK-OUT
We do not have any minimum or maximum duration of stay. Arrivals and check-out times are according to agreement in advance. Normally, check-out time is 12:00 in the daytime.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests should arrange any change in number of guests, or length of stay prior to reserved date of arrival. We will try our best to accomodate such changes, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee it. Bookings may not be shortened or cancelled after arrival.
As we do not require any deposit beforehand, we will not charge any deposits or other charges afterwards, either. Nevertheless, we would appreciate, if you could inform us of cancellation as soon as possible.

OTHER IMPORTANT FACTS
We are proud to offer you a smoke free environment, as smoking is not allowed inside the cottage, although smoking on the grounds is permitted. Pets are permitted only on request in advance. All children are warmly welcome and the cottage is approtiate also for young choldren. However, parents/guardians should closely supervise their behavior in the natural and historical environments of Muhu Island and Saaremaa Island.
